Brown is the colour

 Having managed to get the second board scenic section blocked out with polystyrene and then coat it with plaster bandage last club night (Wednesday) we slipped in over the weekend to paint it brown.  We did this on board 1 and it helps us not show white bits in between the static grass which we hope to lay next Wednesday.

I will try and post some retrospective images here to show the effect.

Juts grass will not do and we need to populate the cutting sides with grass tufts and flowers to add to the detail of what was actually there at the time.

The first job on Wednesday will be to cut the slot in the hill to take the concrete plinth which holds up one end of the Dodham footbridge, the other being conventional stairs.
