Here we grow again...

With work progressing well on structures for Yeovil town (our OO faithful fine-scale reproduction of Yeovil Town Station) efforts have been turned to the last scenic board which encompasses the last four turnouts and the stream.

I have never hand built points in OO before but the club has extensive experience of hand built points and track after many past projects including "South Junction" (EM) and "The Summit" (O).  I am sure I will receive the knowledge and guidance I need to tackle these last points.

This last board is part taken up with our first off scene track that will lead to the fiddle yard.  After the main layout is complete we intend to "Crash out" the simple 10 lane fiddle yard and end turns very quickly as our April 2010 exhibition deadline approaches fast.
