Welcome to the Yeovil Model Railway Gazette

We are a team of modellers that are enthusiastic about creating an automated exact replica of the now completely removed Yeovil Town railway station and it’s nearby workings.

The team and this website seeks to provide you the user with the tools you need to follow our progress, such as an Blog articles, image gallery, a glossary of terms to help understand the text, a directory of other clubs, shops and organisations who supply parts or guidance, an accurate calendar of events such as exhibitions and a section on modelling.

We have been part of Yeovil Model Railway Group since 2004 (a model railway club for all ages and most scales) and since September 2013 we have been located in new clubrooms at Martock in Somerset. This could be one of the largest club rooms in the UK at over 7,000 square feet so we have been able to widen the layout to provide more operator room.
